C.M.E. SRL was founded in 1992 on the initiative of Milani Flavio, Bortignon Giampietro, Zanzot Luca and Baggio Tarcisio, who decided to capitalize on the experience gained in the field of mechanical machining, forming a company that within a very short time established itself on the market as a point of reference for precision and quality of processing.

Valuable turns out to be the collaboration of Baggio Tarcisio, due to the great experience gained in his working career successfully carried out in the banking sector; in fact, the company develops with a careful and balanced financial and administrative management that allows it to cope with important investments in technology that allow it today to be one of the most sought-after realities in the subcontracting and industrial automation sector.

During 2007, his contribution sadly passed away, but he was still validly replaced by his son GianPaolo.
